The third parties we engage to help us deliver our services, the personal data each receives, and the legal basis for any UK→US transfer.

About This List

Nova Grid Hosting engages the following third parties as subprocessors of personal data we process on behalf of our customers, in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement. Each subprocessor is bound by a written contract that incorporates data protection obligations consistent with Article 28 UK GDPR.

Where a subprocessor is established outside the United Kingdom and personal data is transferred to it from the UK, we identify the legal mechanism we rely on for that transfer (the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Notice of Changes

We will update this page when we add, replace, or remove a subprocessor. Customers who wish to be notified of changes by email may subscribe by writing to privacy@novagridhosting.com with the subject line "Subprocessor change notifications". The 30-day objection right set out in our Data Processing Agreement runs from the date of publication on this page.
