Are any features locked behind a paid tier?

Can I use it with WordPress?
The website builder and WordPress are separate tools. You can use either one on your hosting account, but they publish to the same document root, so pick one as your primary. If you're running WordPress already, the builder is best used on a subdomain or secondary site.
Will the AI-written copy be unique?
